Job Purpose:

Provides support to all customers and field staff to ensure effective operations and excellent customer service with primary focus on service department.

Duties:

• Schedules residential & PMC service calls and assigns technicians.
• Keeps service calls marked appropriately and ensures that complete notes are included.
• Assist other coordinators by keeping customers up to date on all calls and projects. (RT, SC, customers, site managers, etc.) when applicable.
• Updates PMC spreadsheet appropriately.
• Ensures that technicians are staying within time restrictions and keeps workflow consistent.
• Assists other coordinators, as needed.
• Performs daily handoffs to On-Call Dispatcher.
• Maintains digital records and scans all incoming documents and files in appropriate location.
• Greets and assist all walk-in customers and vendors as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and providing results as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

• Ability to use positive language and clear communication.
• Basic knowledge of Office Suite. Ability to scan, fax, print, and maintain company files.
