Job Purpose:

Assist Field Technicians and Installers while obtaining field experience. Learn skills necessary to complete HVAC and refrigeration service calls and install projects, with emphasis on customer service and efficiency.

Duties:

• Obtain basic knowledge of Residential A/C, Commercial A/C, and other department specific equipment.
• Obtain basic knowledge of company specific procedures and protocols.
• Assist with repair, maintenance, and/or installation services as needed.
• Take an active role in education by asking questions and confirming comprehension.
• Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with all co-workers and customers.
• Maintain communication with direct supervisor throughout shift.
• Ensure all tasks performed are to learned standards.
• Maintain and utilize all company-provided technology and equipment in a professional manner.
• Obtain required tool list and understand their functionality.
• Attend all available department and industry specific trainings.
• Complete EPA License testing.
